Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AGUNA app and the website at aguna.app, operated by AGUNA Wellness Ltd, a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC 9590421) ("AGUNA", "we", "us"). By using AGUNA, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use AGUNA

You must be at least 13 years old to use AGUNA. Some features are intended for adults; if you are under 18, please use AGUNA with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

AGUNA Premium Credit

As you move, train, and stay consistent, you earn AGUNA Premium credit (shown in the app as Coins or points). Please read this carefully:

• Premium credit has no monetary or cash value. It is not money, currency, or a financial instrument.
• It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• It is a promotional reward intended to go toward future AGUNA Premium features. The value, exchange rate, and availability of Premium credit are determined by AGUNA at its sole discretion when Premium launches, and may change.
• Premium credit is forfeited if your account is deleted or these Terms are violated.
• AGUNA Premium Credit is separate from a paid AGUNA membership (subscription). You do not need credit to subscribe, and credit cannot be used to pay for a subscription unless we expressly offer that in the future.

AGUNA membership (subscriptions)

AGUNA offers an optional paid membership that unlocks the app's features. Membership is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.

• Plans & price. Annual (US$49.99 per year) and Weekly (US$4.99 per week), or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Free trial. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged when it renews.
• Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period you're already in.
• Payments & refunds. All payments are processed by Apple, not by AGUNA — we never receive or store your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies and your local consumer-protection rights.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices for future periods. Where required, Apple will notify you and ask you to confirm before any new price takes effect.

Health & wellness disclaimer

AGUNA provides general wellness, fitness, and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, changing your diet, or if you have a medical condition. You use workouts, meal plans, and tracking at your own risk.

Shop & orders

AGUNA's in-app shop (snacks, vitamins, supplements) is coming soon. Where ordering is currently available via WhatsApp, prices, availability, and delivery are described at the point of order, and those order terms apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse AGUNA — including attempting to manipulate activity data or credit, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do so.

Intellectual property

AGUNA, its name, logo, content, workout and meal plans, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Service changes & availability

We are actively building AGUNA, and features may change, be added, or be removed. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

AGUNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGUNA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using AGUNA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AGUNA evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
